A partnership aimed at redefining the eco-friendly office meal and catering experience.
Toronto, ON, April 22, 2024 – hungerhub, a leading Canadian corporate catering technology that connects offices to local restaurants offering customized meal programs, proudly announces its innovative partnership with Suppli, a leading reusable and returnable container provider.
This strategic collaboration started as a pilot program in 2023 and successfully diverted over 24,000 single-use containers from landfills.
"After our pilot program's overwhelming success, partnering with Suppli was the obvious next step to scale our impact," says Sari Abdo, CEO at hungerhub. "Beyond the positive environmental impact, we received overwhelming positive feedback from our clients, so it's a perfect time we roll it out across the entirety of the GTA and as an option for hundreds of clients"
This partnership seamlessly aligns with the company’s vision of catering solutions that provide individual customization of catering meals with convenience and the positive environmental impact companies are demanding. Together, they’re redefining the eco-friendly officeoffice meal experience by offering a zero-waste solution for catering.
"We have heard such positive feedback from all the hungerhub clients we’ve worked with, and how much their staff appreciate the convenience of hungerhub, the quality of restaurants, and the elevated experience of ordering in our stainless steel containers,” says Megan Takeda-Tully, CEO at Suppli. “We know a lot of companies are focused on a better experience for employees, and visible sustainability initiatives that people can see in action every day. We’re very excited to officially launch a permanent solution and extend it across the entirety of the GTA.”
