hungerhub provides a platform to allow users to place meals from local restaurants for meal delivery to their office, in order to perform this service, hungerhub requires necessary data from users, this includes:
Identity Data: Your first and last name
Contact Data: Email address, phone number (optional) used for communication about your orders, service updates and transactional SMS updates (if applicable).
Dietary Information (optional): Dietary restrictions or preferences you provide, used solely for tailoring your meal orders.
Delivery Information: The address of your business office for order deliveries. We emphasize that we do not collect location data beyond this for any purpose.
Transaction Data: While we facilitate transactions, please note that hungerhub does not store or have access to your financial information, as these are processed through secure third-party payment processors.
When you provide your phone number during account creation, contact forms, or checkout, hungerhub may send you transactional SMS messages related to your orders. Message and data rates may apply.

hungerhub may from time to time implement other third-party analytics services that also use cookies to help us monitor and manage our service usage. Other cookies created by hungerhub are used to secure your login session and to help ensure the security of your account. Your personal data's security is paramount. We store your data with Digital Ocean, a trusted cloud infrastructure provider. Please refer to Digital Ocean’s security documentation (https://www.digitalocean.com/security) for detailed information about their robust security measures, including data encryption, firewalls, and secure data centers, to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, and loss.
Data Retention: We retain your information as long as you are subscribed to our SMS service. You may request deletion at any time.
Business Analysis: Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for internal business analytics, but this does not include any information that can be used to identify you personally.
We will not share personal information with affiliates, third-party software, consultants and other service providers who work for us. If you provide feedback or notify us of issues with your meal - We may share your name, date of transaction and your comments or feedback with vendors when necessary to relay information about the meal they prepared. We will not tie any personal information, other than your name, that can identify you to your comments or feedback.
We will share the following information with our vendors (partner restaurants) to ensure preparation and fulfillment of your meals: Your name, your meal order specifications, any voluntary entered dietary restrictions or requirements attached to your account. Your email, contact information, and delivery address are not shared with vendors as they are not necessary for order fulfillment.
All sharing mentioned in this policy excludes mobile opt-in and consent; opt-in information is never shared with anyone for any purpose.
We do not sell, rent, or disclose your mobile number or personal information for any marketing purposes.
The Company relies on you to ensure that the Personal Information you enter into our system is as accurate, complete and up-to-date as necessary for the purposes for which it is to be used. You may make changes or corrections to your Personal Information at any time.

You can opt out of the SMS list at any time by texting, emailing, or replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to info@hungerhub.com or (647) 689-5084. After unsubscribing, you will receive a final SMS to confirm you have unsubscribed and we will remove your number from our list within 24 hours.
